from the ground floor, and how he continues
mentoring others either through a business partnership
or advising them.

I would have liked a little more content on how Robert went a ...

This is a somewhat interesting book of advice. There was a little too much referencing of Robert's racing his Ferrari. I would have liked a little more content on how Robert went a outbuilding his business and more specifics on what has shaped his view of leadership. However, there are several interesting and informative section withi the book.
